This statement describes how yuca365.com — the website you are currently visiting — handles your privacy. The YUCA365 assessment platform itself (portal, reports and candidate data) is covered by separate terms and a data processing agreement.

- This website itself does not collect personal data via forms or registration.

Which data do we process?
yuca365.com is an informational website. We do not have contact forms, registration or advertising networks. The only personal data that may be processed via this website are the data that come with analytics and marketing cookies — and those are placed only after you have given consent via the cookie banner. Without consent, no tracking or marketing cookies are loaded.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and marketing (including Google Tag Manager). These cookies fall under the consent requirement of the Dutch Telecommunications Act and the ePrivacy Directive and are loaded only after you click Accept all or a specific category in the cookie banner. LocalStorage for language choice
When you switch between Dutch and English, we save that preference in your browser's localStorage under the key yuca365-lang. This happens locally on your device — nothing is sent to our servers. You can remove this value at any time via your browser settings.
Statistics and analytics
For basic site-performance measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services are designed by Vercel to operate without cookies and without personal data; only anonymised, aggregated signals are recorded. More information: vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy.
In addition, we load — only after your consent — Google Tag Manager and the tags configured within it for conversion and marketing measurement. See the cookies page for details and your choices.
Hosting
This website is hosted via Vercel Inc. Vercel temporarily processes technical connection data (such as timestamp and HTTP status) in server logs in order to deliver the hosting service and to prevent abuse. These logs are not used by yuca365 for analysis or marketing.
External links
The Login and Yuca Direct CTAs lead to separate applications (portal.yuca365.com and order.yuca365.com). Those platforms have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase the personal data we process about you, the right to withdraw your consent for cookies, and the right to object to processing. For cookies you can adjust your preferences directly via the cookies page or the Manage preferences button. For other requests please contact office@yuca365.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
